Southwark Leisure Classes
They’re social, fun and offer a fantastic workout. Our classes range from low impact to the more intense and we guide you through every step with our fantastic instructors. You can enjoy it with a friend or meet new people each week.
Are classes the activity for you?
Group exercise classes are a great way to improve your health and fitness. We offer short, 30-min classes or 60-min classes so that you can fit them around your busy schedule. All classes can be booked online through the Southwark Leisure App. Exercising in a group environment is a great way of getting friends together and having immense whilst maintaining or improving your overall fitness, health and wellbeing.
